Netplex gen 2 printer “printer not available “

I have a S2000 Haywire setup in coinless mode, that I enabled the printer on, I have tried to hit the cash out and it says printer not available and goes to the hand pay alarm. The printer shows to be on and ready light is green and paper is in it and full. Not sure why it doesn’t work right. My other machine when I hit cash out you here the sound of coins dropping then it prints a ticket. Can anyone help me diagnose this to help me get it working. I would like to add a Tito and I need to ensure everything is working properly first. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Change 7.2.1.1 Validation type from System to Standard mode
