Advantage 5 Reel Tilt issue

So I have an Advantage 5 and I keep getting reel 3 tilt and every so often reel one, in the diagnostics 3 is always red and tilt, it spins and all just always in tilt. Nothing looked wrong so i swapped the 3 with 2 and the error followed.  is it possible that there is some kind of failure on the reel like a sensor.   I have done a machine reset with the reset card and I get the same.    any ideas out there or anyone with a source for a replacement reel?  think it says model KG12.0  URS for model number...

So I was able to fix it.  I got a replacement reel but noticed the rubber rings on the reel on new. That was the issue as my old was missing its rings. Evidently it’s a balance issue without them.

To add to this post I had a reel go tilt and nothing would help today so I pulled it out and sure enough another rubber ring was missing and I later found half laying inside.  So it broke the ring as I was playing the machine and nothing would help tilt.   I had one ring only. Lucky I still have 5 rings laying around and was able to replace and boom perfect again. 


WE NEED a source for those rings.  I have 4 spares left and ones already cracked from age 3 are looking ok. I’m on a mission to find these things now. Hahahah

If anyone knows a source I’d love to purchase a few…. hundred…. thousand!!
