Since this forum (and many many others) are free to read - without ever logging in.. I would suggest that you don't put your contact information into open forum.
Make sure your forum profile is up to date as only logged in forum members have access to that.

The reason being is that there are a gazillion (and counting) automated bots that comb through every bit of public internet information and currate this kind of info into mailing lists for spammers and such.

You too can use our members list to get someones contact information and reach out to them through email or alternatively you can simply use the PM (private message) on this forum to reach out as well.
