That cabinet is for the 3 reel transmissive version of the game. SA version is SACC-000-1000

The game pictured in that cabinet is Gone With the Wind

I have the WAP version with loader and license dongle. I also have the controller, but it will need to be programmed to your CPU. Just in case you can't find stand alone...
