Broken Volume knob

I "think" I broke the volume pot for my PE+

I was playing my PE+ video poker and got the  "will you turn that thing down".... yell.
I opened it up tried to move the volume knob and found it pretty stuck.
Got out my mini - screwdriver. Put it in the slot on the top of the pot and gave it a turn.
Voila.... no sound..... well that stopped the yelling...

I have not had sound since, regardless of the pot position.
I also tried a bit of contact cleaner and that did not make a difference.

I am pretty sure I broke the pot. Where can I get a replacement to solder onto the board.

If it's the same blue one the S+ 10Mhz MPU's use, I can un-solder one for you from a junk parts board?

There are no bells in the PE+ and I don’t remember seeing an option to enable it on all wins or just hand pays but I have never looked for a harness. Given the limited internal Realeatate compared with the S+ I am doubtful.

With a nod to BrianT - I do have some slot games for the PE+ but the video representation of a 3 reel type 0 game is pretty sad. Especially when you compare it to the same game on one of those CD based Marquee collections of IGT.  With the PE+ you can be assured the RNG is legit and nothing like hearing real coins hit the tray.

In all fairness the volume was very loud and needed to be turned down (it was pretty close to the max) and for the most part the Mrs. Is very tolerant of my hobbies. The old line is “when i die please do not let her sell my toys for what I told her I paid for them”.

The pot is 10K and here's a replacement. The photo on the web page is not accurate, but the part number is correct. (PT15NV18-103A2020)
