Bally V2000 Fuse Holder Where to buy part #

Looking for Fuse Holders for my Bally V2000.  Have been all over & can't find anything close to the large holes in the mounting bracket.
Any info on part #'s or sources would be appreciated. 
Panel cutout measures approx .9" x .8". 

I'd prefer to replace with new ones, but willing to go with good used ones if necessary.

I wonder why they just didn't make smaller holes? lol
Does that outer large sleeve unscrew off, or pop off of the inner fuse body, if you undo the nut?
If so, save them to put on these? ...>>>

Would these maybe the Mouser  576-03420012H  that fits the S+ units?

Actually, I had a couple of Bally's a long time ago (A 5500 and a 6000), but I really don't remember what the fuses holders looked like.
I hated them things... pushing that stupid little button on the front forever to clear stuff when there really, there should of been a switch!
I think my thumbs are still indented.... lol

In your photo, the fuse inner body actually looks like the fuse holder from an S+ power box.
Those are fairly common.
If I were you, I'd give Jim of Midwest Slots a buzz.
His phone's number's on the NLG Homepage up top where the vendor's are listed.
I'll betcha he has one.

I dug around but don't have one....they're all in the power supply boxes.
If Jim don't have one, place a WTB ad in the Classifieds section of NLG and hopefully a vendor/member will spot it and have one for you.

To follow up:
Ordered the fuse holders from Mouser.  They work great, be sure to order the hardware to go with it.  Needed to use the washers as a spacer.
Popped off the mounting shroud from old fuse holder & new ones fit right in.
Back in business.
