Non payout of 50 coins and above

Hi all been awhile,
I have a single coin superline that was overpaying.
After some adjustment I got it to pay 100 coins exact all other pays upto that were ok
So tried 200 pays, slight over pay made adjustment and found it would not pay
All payouts up to 20 coins are fine bot 50 and above no payouts
That's the single double and triple bars not paying plus stars and targets

what machine/model number?

the outboard wiper fingers on the 100 and 200 traces cannot give exact pays due to the inherent slop in the carriage movement.  Those fingers typically step off the edge of the trace around 10-20 coins before the pay amount, and the pay finishes using the C.O. (carry-over) trace and the main wipers.

on some machine with a lot of lower pays, the 50 pay trace isn't under the main wiper fingers when the unit is reset.  Sometimes there's an outboard wiper finger on a 50 trace, other times there's a vertical switch in the lower left corner of the payout counter (looking at the wiper side) that needs to be closed until the unit steps some number of times ... typically 20 ... that will get the main wipers onto a 50 trace.

The model is an 892 made in Ireland not sure of model number

892 is good enough, the 892-4 paperwork on the above site should be the same for most of the circuits.

especially the entire game front and pics behind the top glass of the lamp side of the panel and all the junk on the back side.

assuming your payout disc is the one below, the 50 pay trace does extend to the main wiper reset location. 

In that case, no 50 pay is one of:

- the vertical carriage switch mentioned before (it's open-after-50 steps of the payout counter on an 892) is open when the unit is reset ... or if pay is short it's opening too soon

- reel wiper issues.  See if you have zero ohms between wire 43 on reel 4 and wire 90 on reel 1 when you have a 50 pay winner on the payline

- plug connection problems

100 and 200 pays are directly to fingers on the outboard carriage, so either issues with those fingers - especially the one on the F trace - or problems in the reels or plug connections again.
