We all need to remmeber, that individual's mileage may vary by state. Please do not take any ONE person's opinion/interpretation of state laws. The law is the law, and we all should be aware of the consequences, regardless of the state you may live in. Law enforcement really will NOT care if: "So-and-so told me it was ok"...unless that "So-an-so" is their boss.

Gaming laws are antiquated and out-dated in many states. Unfortunately, no one has the $$$ to fight or change them. Indian casinos squash any attempt in states where they run casinos, and I understand that to a degree., but I do not support the ban of home use slot machines.

Smart Players stay away from Indian Casinos. I've been to one in Idaho by Lewis ?? Clarkson. My Sister in Law lives about 26 miles away.
When was the last time you have seen anyone win at a Indian Casino?

We have some in the Four Corners area. I never have played them.

The Indian casinos in CA are looser than Reno and Lake Tahoe, NV, which has really hurt western NV gambling revenues. Mandatory payback in NV is 87% and CA Tribal is 92%. I've heard more than one NV casino refer to the CA Indian casinos as "metal tepees"...as most are just giant metal buildings with some flashy carpet.
