No, s2000 only.  The S+ does not support backlit reels.

Is the price per reel? Shipping to 86406. Would I have to change my shelf? I currently have a 5 reel set up with bulbs. Also, is there a need to change the wiring harness? Is it my understanding that when changing from bulb to LED, you have to have the correct backplane also? Thanks.

The shelf is different and so is the harness and the backlight controller.  Also the reel glass needs to be changed.  The reel strips for led backlit reels are also wider.  The one's he is selling are the wider type reels.  Some people have moded their narrow reels with the leds so as to avoid buying new reel glass and strips.

The wider reels came with standard bulbs also, so the best way to know what you might need to do is to first measure what you have. Switching from narrow to wide can be daunting if you can't find strips and glass to match your game kit. Using the LED reels to convert your existing reels, regardless of what you currently have isn't a huge ordeal. I had a detailed post on how to do it on the old site

If you already have wide with standard bulbs you do not have to change the shelf or the reel glass. You will need an LED reel harness and an LED backlight driver board. If you have narrow reels as Cowboy said it could be a daunting task to convert your new reels to narrow or get new strips, reel glass and reel tray to match the wider LED reels.
 Note LED 5 reel backlight driver board will support both LED and standard backlight reels depending which harness you use. LED harness has two black connectors that go to the driver board that is the easiest way to identify it.
