I am planning on doing the same upgrade to my I-Game...so far it looks to me like the Wells Gardner kit is the
way to go.  Not the cheapest but looks like the best one.  I like how they offer two different mounting options.
(Door mount, or shelf mount) Part Number WGF1890-XDSS89k for the shelf mount one.
I am a month or two away from purchasing, so I haven't found who has the best price on one.
I believe the one from Ceronix is a good one as well.

I have the cabinet mount.  You have to see which monitor connector is in your machine.  There are 2 versions. 19 pin and 25 pin.  You need to see which connector you have and buy the lcd accordingly.  They are sold as kits and they are pretty much drop-in replacements.

It's rather easy really. Either get a drop in module and bezel kit or the door mount and new bezel.Like was mentioned before, see if you have a 19 pin or 25 pin video socket...but it seems like if you order a 25 pin these days it's a 19 pin with a adapter.
If you are running a 3902 board you will want to change IC U17 (Ceronix CPI1404) so it looks a lot better.
