Super Stepper Board Not working

Weird problem.  I just did a clear on my machine to make some changes to it and it will not respond to the key being turned so I can't get pass the messages about ram being cleared.  Try a different board in the machine and that one works so I am assuming it must be something on the board?

Did you get your chips back in correctly? Those little legs bend very easy. Notch facing the right way? Why were you clearing it? Most changes are with a Key chip.

Have not had time to work on this so I bought a new board and the slot is working again.  But now it has become a challenge.  So, I know that capacitors have a tendency to go out so I replaced all of them on the board I still have the issue.  There is now green varta battery on the board and it has been off for a long time.  I did replace the coin cell just to make sure.  I put my clear chip in, wait for the amber lights, remove and put SB back in, alarm goes off, turn the key nothing. Alarm keeps beeping.

After you clear it you have to key chip it. And check to make sure your jackpot reset key switch is working. Plugged in and closes the contacts when the key is turned

Key switch is good.  I checked it with a a meter and it does work with the new board I bought.
