S2000 Printer data info

Attached is a pic of my TITO ticket.  Notice the "0"s that are boxed in.
I would like to find out what area (option)  can be used to fill these numbers, like with the machine serial number, or stuff like that.  Any clues ??

That is the validation area that mother ship at central data uses to be sure each ticket is a legitimate ticket at a real casino.
 You will notice that the last three digits are 100 which coincides with your TITO ticket value of $1.00 ( if the ticket was $24.00 the last four digits would be 2400)
If it were a true casino ticket those last four digits along with that whole string would be different.
So the short answer is I do not believe you have any control to change the validation area digits.
