can someone tell me a little about this game. and some help putting it back .

I got this game in on  trade. And the person I got it from was going to make a 60 in one game but gave up on it but keep all the parts when he took it apart. Its a video victor made by tech star Inc. I have never seen one and can't find one on the web.  I can figure out most of the wiring and he had most cords but he had cut one. Can someone tell me which one of the white plugs at the power supply go to the power plug to the monitor I might have to make one . The plug on the monitor has two holes and don't know which one of the two plugs on the board power powers it  And I have no paper work at all  thanks for your help.
