742 Tic Tac Toe - Contact plate disc with not welded wires

I am cleaning of a Bally 742 Tic Tac Toe.

My first problem concerns the Contact Plate Disc (riveted) on the reel #1. By examining the welds I realize that it had to be changed.

And I have two blue wires not welded. Does someone could make me a picture of that wire ?

The lower part of the boards is generally for the 6V circuit to power the JP bell.  They look unconnected, as there are no wires up to the top terminals to carry any signal.
looks like someone perhaps decided to wire in the bell for other pays and did not finish.
You should see cuts in the back of the wiper assembly that allow for the circuit to be separated from the 50V that powers the rest of the board.
If you change out the wipers and don't make that cut, then your 50V feeds into the 6V and that's not a happy thing.
All in all it looks ok as it is...?
