Another IGT S+ machine.

Off topic*** I just picked up another IGT S+ machine. It has a "12" error which is easy enough. It needs a new battery. However, there is a part missing from it that I have no clue about. It is a board above the right corner of the logic board. It has a black plastic cover on it (I only know this because my Double Diamond has it). It is missing on this new machine and the connector is dangling there speaking to me. At this point I don't know what it is saying other that "plug me in". I now have 3 machines, Jay. So, I get what you're saying. I am liking this hobby so far though.

You don't need that.  That board is used for SAS networking/accounting stuff in a casino.  It is not needed to run in a home setup.
