Bally 922-ZQ - Summit

Picked up this machine for parts, but before I commit it to salvage I have a couple of options.
1. Put it in storage for a possible re-conversion.
2. Spend a few hours on it just for the challenge and try to get it running.
The only thing missing is the Blue Circuit Board.
If anyone has a board they would like to sell or donate, it would be greatly appreciated.
Most likely more info on the specifications may be needed.
Posting a photo of machine and the yellow board for now as a reference.

I know this is a Electro-Mechanical form, but thought that someone else may have a few of these Summit machines for parts.

The blue card is an option and not required . It is a sound board. The machine will work without it.

From what I have read on this forum, it is not possible to convert back to electromechanical. To many Bally parts have been replaced with Summit parts. Someone else might want to confirm this.

Okay, thanks for the information on the sound card / Blue.
Soon as I have some time, will try to get it running as is for now.
Re: reconverting, yes a lot of parts have been stripped out of the machine. Maybe turn two junkers into one good machine.
Most likely would need a reel mech and payout step up unit. Better yet a complete hopper to it get back to a basic Bally machine.

I have a known good CPU board that runs in my Summit, if you're interested. The socketed EPROM is the only thing you need to install, because it's specific for your game.

Okay, this is my first summit machine. Besides the two boards under the reels there is one mounted on the the hopper frame. I imagine one of these boards has the programmable chip as I haven't been looking for it.
Most likely I could transfer the EPROM to the good board you have?
So I would be interested in the good board you have.
Would it be possible for you to post a photo of the board that contains the EPROM?

Here is the CPU that I have. I would remove the eprom in it, and you would have to plug your own into the socket. It has a NiMH battery as shown, new RAM chip, and socketed quad driver chip (the most common failure with these boards). It works perfectly in my Summit machine.
