What you are not seeing on the Public side of IGT site is that the other 2 links you posed are Lottery Versions, CDS is Wash State and the other is NY Lottery.


The info I posted was from the  Game Brochure and would have been shown under the Specifications Tab of the link provided, however looking at the cabinets pictured you can tell they are widescreens and that would usually be an indicator of MLD Theme. Only reason I posted was someone asked for the theme, I believe 3 people can attest that this is a MLD theme, was only ststing since the OP was asking for this theme specifically and you had posted the version of Pink Butterfly that I was familiar with, There are 3 Video themes and as you shown in link other versions (S AVP)


I know the Pink Butterfly works stand alone and while it is not a later True MLD it still is a MLD Required theme

The "version" you seem to be looking for is 2MV4. You'll need the License Dongle AND Game Installer.
Dongle will be marked with "002MV4" and the Installer thumb drive will say "GI014002MV4.B003". The letter "B" designates the release or "revision" letter. I believe the current revision is C. Any letter below that would be a "revoked" version that casinos can no longer use, but would be fine for Home "Amusement Only" use.


The game runs on Family 14 OS (A09) with 14A&B boot chips. Dynamic buttons are not required, but a MLD is. 2GB is minimum, but most MLD's run smoother with 2 sticks - especially if you're running more than 4 games in your machine.


A friendly note: When shopping for games, the game NUMBER is almost essential in getting all the CORRECT pieces to your software puzzle. Videos will have a "GI" Installer. Video "reel type" games will have a "GC" and "GT" file that is required, along with the license dongle, to play the game. If you have the Game Number, it makes it MUCH easier for the vendors to see if they have what you're looking for. And finding the matching GT that goes with the GC, if it's a video reel game, is a must.


Without the game number you'll run into chaos and make an easy search, almost impossible.
