V7000 Bally Game Maker won't payout quarters in game mode

I had a Bally Game Maker come through the shop that needed a new hopper driver board and a saferam clear done on it.  The original battery had gone bad on the game board, so we put a battery pack and double A batteries in.  Bought a saferam clear chip and did that.   Also bought a good used hopper to put in.  I had the machine running and working fully for about a month in the shop.  Finally took it back to its home and now it will not coin out in game mode.  If you press the test button on the hopper it dispenses ok.  Also if you go into the diagnostics, it completes the hopper test correctly, dispensing 10 quarters.   


Any suggestions?

Thinking about running a clear on the machine to see if that helps with anything.   Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

A saferam clear ended up resolving the issue....
