Need Help With I Game Set Up

This ones got me stumped. I have an I game 3902 board with Alien game installed machine works fine. Went to change games to Lucky Larry's Lobstermania and the bv will not credit bills. Everything else works. It sucks the bill in and spits back out. Mei acceptor, no hopper, no coin. Cleared using the 22 chip 4-5 times. I must be missing a setting.  I did put the Alien software back in and again the bv works. I see that the set up is different between games. Never had a problem setting up I games before.

I just had this issue when I switched games.


Does you BV accept any tickets, i.e., lower amounts? 


Mine wouldn't accept high amount tickets because the setting for Acceptor Credit Limit was default (400).  I changed mine to 3000 (max) and now as long as the ticket value + credits present won't exceed 3000 the ticket will accept.


So check that setting - Acceptor Credit Limit.  It's in the menus you get to with operator(?) switch with no credits in, not the Keychip menu.
