WTB coin-in display for this glass kit

Have this 5 line Double Diamond kit that came in a machine I bought with no MPU.  I think I've got the software figured out (got an e-mail in JJ Slots).  The final piece I need is the display that fits the pictured reel glass and displays the number of coins bet on each line.  Anyone got this (and anything needed to hook it up) for sale?  Thanks!

If you have the one that is used for the 9 line games, it should work as well.  I even think that was the only type ever used.  Whenever I switch to 5 line games, the 9 line display works.

Is the current machine a 5 or 14 button deck? The game shown is for a 14 button deck.

The glass he is displaying isn't for a 5 button deck S+ machine. He talks about S+ in another thread about a double diamond is why I asked.
