I have a complain of Rudys Deals .com ,I buy a Bally reel motherboard  they don't have the merchandise ,they don't take any phone call the answers machine don't give up they name at time of answering, at one time I spoke to some one by they Steve ? give my orders number (2 week a go) .they having returning my money, they don't answers his emails.They should be REMUVED FROM CLASSIFIEDS.

This is very surprising to hear. I've ordered from them on many occasions. Each transaction was great communication, fast shipping with proper packaging. Sorry to hear you are having issues.

I bought a reel glass from them 2 weeks ago and it arrived as it should. My only complaint is that most of what you click on says "out of stock". Other than that I had a good experience.

I'm new to slot machines. I've spent a lot of $$$ at Rudy's. The first couple dozen purchases went great....The last few purchases haven't gone all that well. I don't what's going on with them lately.

Both times I ordered from them it was a disaster. I am done with them.

I never had a problem with them but again that was some time ago.  Perhaps something has changed there.  I have met John in person in the past-Good fella and speaks his mind.
