WTB- Alpha V22/22

OK, I'm entertaining the idea of buying a Alpha V22/22 to play around with.  Seeing what my options are. Could be shopped all the way down to missing some parts but preferably parts complete.

I'm in OK 74301



Must haves:
Monitors
Power supplies
I deck
Backplane
All harnessing, bezels and brackets.


Not necessarily needed:
Mpu
Printer
B/a
Super candle

I have one, Locked and loaded-complete-practically brand new with 18 inch pro vid. topper.  4500.00 plus ship. Game of your choice loaded-grease, money vault and so on.  B.

Ouch, that is spendy for a play around with machine. I typically buy commercially but I figured they were down more by now. Not that your machine is not worth that B, but I can't spend that much for one. Anyone have an empty cabinet they are parting out?  Maybe a glossy poster of one? That may be within my budget a little more.

David,  You are better off trying to find a reel-spinner on alpha 2 and do the conversion,  Even then you will still be deep.  Not many folks with cabinets they want to get rid of out there.  B.

I get that not alot of people have them or if they do not alot of people want to sell them.


Is there anyone that has a parts machine or one that needs ALOT of attention? Maybe I could afford something like that.

Mine was that price and its well worth it. (For me anyway). I've been wanting to do a conversion for a couple of years now and I am so glad I went to a real Alpha 2 machine. If you get one make sure you get the video topper. Some good games require it.

Decided to go both avenues, true A2 and converted A2.
A2 on its way, conversion kit committed and S9E in the back of the storage building. The hardest part may be getting to the S9E.......
