BB2 Printer Not Printing in Game

Happy New Year All,

I have BB2 with a Gen2 RS232 Printer.
During game setup, I set it as a NetPlex and it prints out test tickets great.
Once I setup the game, when I click collect, the printer does not print and instead I receive a screen that says "Call Attendant HAND PAY $"
This is my first RAM clear on the BB2 but I think I have all of the settings correct. I have correctly setup my BB1 many times.
I need to get the printer working so I can setup my TITO deluxe board.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I went through that video step by step but get the same results.
I have not installed the TITO Deluxe board yet.
I figured that I would get the printer working first.

I might be wrong on this but if you have validation set for system you would need to have the TITO installed and working otherwise validation would be set to standard if no TITO and just printing tickets?

Your printer will not print without the TITO board installed assuming you setup your machine per the video.  Plug in the TITO board and wait for the green lights on the top board to turn solid on.  Close your door and test again...should work.

I have the TITO board plugged into the serial port and it is powered on.
I went ahead and did a RAM clear and reprogrammed.
The bill acceptor took a $5.00 bill no problem.
When I pressed collect, I still get the Call Attendant Hand Pay and no print out.
On the TITO board the RED Power LED is on solid and the Green LED is continuously flashing.

There is a communication issue between the TITO board and MPU which can be for multiple reasons.  Please phone for tech support.

A huge Thank You to Jim for answering my call and walking me through some troubleshooting steps.
The BB2 is now printing and accepting tickets.
It is also accepting credits from my smart phone.
I love this product.
