I bought some  plastic bezels from this company awhile back.   You might have to call them and ask specifically for the part.  I don't think they were too expensive. (the monitors were a bit pricey...but the bezels weren't)

Todd.. The last time I talked to erbs on the phone he said he had located new ones through Ceronix, but I don't remember the price.
