I've had this old quarter machine in the garage for quite awhile. it did work but now the lights come on and the handle will not pull down. I had the hopper out and reset the thing. I found a piece on the inside of it on the floor by the hopper. it's a short chrome shaft about 2 inches long with a nylon roller at one end. the shaft is hollow. does it go to the handle somewhere?the key lock was drilled out apparently years ago but if machine was closed it still worked. i'm sure someone sells them somewhere? i'll try to attach a pic of this shaft. any help would be appreciated.

so you don't think it has anything to do with the handle not pulling down.
