Plug Identification Help

So, it got around the firehouse that "you can make those plugs up with the little pins in them, right?" I am not an electrical guy at all, but, I have made some Molex harnesses up to do the power supply swap on some of my dotmation machines. The plug shown is for the main radio in the firehouse. I am pulling my hair out on Mouser trying to find out what it is. There's only about 50,000 choices!!! Hopefully someone that's a little more electrical will be able to help with a manufacturer/style or even a Mouser part #.
