Resetting Machine

I have an S2000.  Hit the payout button to print a ticket and the call attendant came up along with flashing lights on the candle.  Opened the door and turned the reset key.  Call attendant went away, but lights still flash, ticket did not print and it says there is still $754 on the machine.  Machine goes through the re booting, validation etc. but candle lights still flashing.


How do I clear this out?  Also, how do I verify if the ticket printer actually works?

One more thing...reset key is not resetting the machine. Tried with door closed and with door open.  Besides lights on candle flashing, it is also beeping.

Odds are, unless you have a 1270 MPU installed, it isn't hurting you unless it's leaking. The one you need to be concerned about is the coin battery. Anything under 3v needs to be replaced

And if you have a voltmeter, check the jackpot reset to make sure it's working. Does your printer not work? Or is it out of paper?

I some how got it to reset.  It seems to be cleared.  I ordered a new battery and will replace it when it arrives.


Where do I find the jackpiot reset amd what should it read?


Not sure about the printer either.  Not out of paper.  Only had this machine for a couple of weeks and never pressed the cash out button.  I was able to get it to feed paper, but not print.  I am setting up a TITO, thats why I cleared the machine.  Went through the setup sets even thought it is not printing and it will read tickets printed from another machine.  How do I test it?

all fixed.  Printer was not enabled.  Works fine now.
