Setting JCM Bill Validator to Australian Currency

Hello all,


I am in the process of trying to set up my JCM bill validator to accept Australian Currency. I was told by the US seller that I could and he emailed me the software to use to update it but was never told how to do it.


Can someone please help me? I have included screen shots of the Bill Validator, information on the Validator and screenshots of the software I was given.


I downloaded the JCM Tool Suite Standard and tried to upload the Australian Currency but I was unsuccessful so I assume I have done something wrong.


Can anyone help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.


Its a Ballys V32 Machine (Roulette)

For some reason I think 10s are chipped .. not flashed.

Pull it out and turn it over .. take a pic and post.

You obviously figured out how to connect the uba to the pc since you are getting the query string with the software installed.  As part of the tools, there should be a firmware downloader program.  You load that, and then then load the firmware file you were sent and then the flash or write button on the program I don't remember exactly what it said.

Cheers, I downloaded the program and tried to use it but the same problem happens.


When I connect the USB from the Bill Acceptor to the laptop it makes a sound to indicate its connected. When I go to download the software onto the Bill Acceptor it makes a sound like the device is disconnected, and then seconds later it connects again (hope that makes sense)


I attached a video also to show the problem, hoping someone out there can help me with this :)
