key 0?

my brother has a konami game(lucky fountain i think),  hes been looking for a key0 (i think it's called) something about needing to keychip the game to take it off a cashout system to be able to play the game.  is this key available?  talked to a konami tech at g2e and he said they don't use those kind of keys anymore and there are two types, one is game specific and the other is universal.  would love to make his christmas and locate one for him so he can finally play his game that has been collecting dust for 5ish years

It's called an EL Key. They are VERY hard to find, and if you do find one some people want more for the key then what you likely paid for the machine.
