17" GK With Tito unit, ticket out volumes loud.

This is sort of a cross over question. I have a 17" GK with a Tito board. The cash out volume is very loud and I don't see a separate volume setting that covers the money in or out? Is this option available? I have a 3902 board with the main base chip of M0000944. One other Tito question hopefully someone can answer. My game has a Gen 1 printer, with a WBA bill acceptor using the latest 3.80 software. I know the money can be  inserted in any of the 4 directions, but can a printer Tito ticket, or are they just printed side up from either end? I tried email Better Slots but they are gone till 2/18..

My M944/G3635 only has a single volume control for the game volume and my WBA-13 accepts tickets in either direction, but face side up only.
