Problems with Mills

Slot is taking coins and will spin reels. 


Problem 1.  if you pull handle fast it usually hangs up until you let pressure off then it will complete pull.  Also if you pull handle real slow it hardly ever hangs up.


Problem 2.  Seems to payout on every payout I've hit except for cherry on first reel  It should pay out 2 coins

1. Please post pictures of the inside lower part where the handle connects. It might be in the "piston" (or air pump) of the handle that's causing it to stick. Usually you can remove that part and clean it.
2. Your payout slides are probably gummed up, or you have a broken spring - so one is stuck open, resulting in a payout each time.  People sometimes oil them and they should NEVER have oil.

I'm a novice at mechanical slots but I can give it a try until someone else chimes in.
Post the handle lower part picture as well as the bottom of the payout tube, where the slides are.

Just to clarify on the payout issue.  It does not pay out all the time.  It should payout 2 coins when there is a cherry on reel 1 but doesn't.  If there are cherries on reel 1 and 2 it does payout 5 coins.  Tghe coin slides deo have a lot of oil on them and I may try to clean them.  I'll post more pics shortly.

I noticed when the handle hangs up that as soon as i relax pressure (on handle) the escalator jumps to the right and then the handle can be pulled.
