Wms bb2 32 inch upside down question.

I put a 32 inch monitor on my machine bb2.
I installed alice and the mad tea party and the screen showed the picture normal.
Now i installed epic monopoly and the screen is upside down.
Is there a setting to flip it right side up in the machine?
Other than turning the screen upside down.
I have no tv setting to flip it 180 degrees..

There is no setting to flip it.  You have the monitor installed in the wrong direction, flip it 180 degrees.

Ok. I can flip it.
But it is strange why Alice and the mad tea party showed the screen in the right way.
So when i install different games i have to flip it.
Bummer because i hard mounted it with brackets to the cabinet..

So are you saying that the bottom of the alice screen is on the left?  It is strange that way.  Do you have any other  games you can try that are for 32" top screen?   Also, what brand top screen are you using?  I use an NEC v323 and works fine.

The 32 inch is mounted sideways.
Long way is up and down.
So with alice the picture looked normal.
Like it should. Her head is at the top of screen.
But with the monoply his body the whole screen is upside down.
Im not using a nec. Might be the problem right there.
What nec should i buy. Do you know off hand.
I would send a pic. But im not good at resizing as you know..
The get bluury and ugly.. lol

Also, for 32" games the manufacturer logo is usually oriented with the logo on the left.  This for monitors, not TVs.  If using a TV that may be the issue since monitors have more control over the image on the screen.  Just a thought.

The NEC v323 is discontinued but it works well for this purpose.  Also works well with BB3 games too.  Can usually be had for under $300.  Don't get the 322 as it's doesn't have the higher res capability that the 323 has.  I'm sure there are others that will work just as well, but would recommend that you stick with a monitor and not a TV.

That Alice game is not typical so it displays different than most other games in the top screen.  As I recall it will display sideways on a standard 22" top monitor and cut off too.  It's looking for the smaller vertical screen that comes with that huge topper for it. Have you tried that TV you are using with a standard game?  The bottom of the image should be on the left side of that TV.  If that's the case then the TV is probably good enough for your use but of course Alice will not be displayed correctly unless you flip it.

Nope, BB2 uses the VGA in the top monitor, BB3 uses DVI

Yes alice was like you said on the 22 inch.
Now its good with monoply.
I dont care about alice upside. I can live with that.
So now it works with monoply and other 32 games should be ok..
I still like that nec. My next purchase.

I got that nec 323-2 from ebay .i offered him 200.00
And they took it.
Was just wondering does the screen come when power is applied to the machine. Or do i have to turn on the nec every time?

Use the remote to set the monitor up in standby mode and to look for the DVi and the vga inputs.  The monitor will wake up when the machine is turned on then.  Or you can just set the monitor up to be on all the time and power it up from a power strip that turns the machine on so that it and the machine are powered up at the same time.  Guess it depends on how you have it wired.

Just a follow up.
The nec 323-2 works awesome.
Thank you idesign for the info.
Comes on when game is turned on and aspect ratio and settings are automatic.
Im very happy with it and the color is amazing.
