Ive been on the boards for my answer but cant find it.
My problem.
I got 3 bb2 machines. Put a tito board on one and it all works.
Bought 2 more new boards.installed both new ones.
But one does not give the credits on the service button.
It will print tickets and take tickets.but when i push the credit button nothing.
The light on the button light panel turns red.my top tower light comes on. So i know the button is working.
I read somewhere about the reset button on the tito board.
Maybe it is a bad flash on the board. Jim did mark it as 10,000 flashed.
I clearded both machines and set them both up to the videos. So i know i did them both right.
Not my first time setting up machine with tito.
The game is planet moolah if that helps..

Swap cards from 2 machines and see if problem stays with machine or moves with card.  If it moves with card press the little red reset button on card.  If it says with machine you may have missed the enable system bonus setting.

Also verify that your service button is actually working....does the candle lamp turn on when you push it?

Yes jim.
The button works. Oled service button turns red on the push. And yes the candle light on top of machine lights up.
I can try to move the cards and see what happens ,or follows the problem.
I have many games. I.E. cards.
Ive changed the games many times.
I think i will clear card the machine.
And do all settings first and see what happens.
I do not think I messed up on the settings as I have them memorized and do them quite often.
But you never know..


Im just wondering what the tito board reset button does. Or how to use it. Cant find the pdf file on instructions.
 I just used your videos off of YouTube jim and set them up that way.

If you've changed games often in this machine and it was working before then very likely you missed the system bonus setting as Sixcard mentioned above.  Just remember when you get to the Host settings part of the setup that you want change all possible settings to SAS Primary...and especially the one called System Bonus...this is the feature that either enables or disables the credit button feature. 


As side note here that might be related to you or anyone that might read this....we have recently found (within the last few months) a handful of Jurisdiction chips on the boards that do not allow the System Bonus to be enabled.  This included PA, NJ, and AZ tribal. 


The reset button does exactly what it sounds like...it forces the TITO board to reboot in case it ever times out.  If you ever have a situation where your TITO was working and suddenly its not always look at the green lights on the top board.  If they are flashing then it's lost communication for one reason or another.  First thing you can always try is pressing the red reset button on the bottom board as often times is will fix the problem.

Ok.
I have switched the tito boards and can confirm they both work in one machine.
But not the other machine. Still no credit button working.
Cleared the machine again.
When doing the host settings like jim said, i see no
(System bonus) to enable it.
I have the following.
Host comm 1 = sas primary
Config = address 1
Validation = system


AFT = disabled
Legacy bonusing = disabled
Machine control= sas primary
Ssg meter collection= sas primary
Voucher in/out= sas primary
Voucher= sas primary
Am i missing something or can it be my jurs chip?

after the clear
It is disabled. I cant change it.
Is that the chip that is doing it?
Juristriction chip.

Yes there is something unique about your jurisdiction chip that is not allowing it...likely a gaming commission control from wherever it came from.  Simple solution is replace the 8-pin jurisdiction chip on the board with a CA Tribal or the No Limits one I see on eBay occasionally.  If you would like assistance with your chip you can mail it to me...just email and I will give you address information.  Jim@BettorSlots.com

I guess this one is solved and fixed.
Sjur chip was stopping the button from working.

I just wanted to add further information to this older post, as I also have a machine that will not allow me to set Legacy Bonusing.  I have two games for the machine and both come up with the Legacy Bonusing option shown as disabled, and do not allow it to be changed.


The jurisdiction chip in my game is labeled SJUR-000002-118 67F6 and displays as Missouri.
I have a chip on a bad MPU that is labeled SJUR-000041-112 5C8E.  I could do a clear then swap the chips and reload but I was wondering if there's a list of jurisdiction chips out there that could save me the hassle if it also has Legacy Bonusing disabled or turns out to be non working (although I did swap the V2 bios out of it and it works).

Assuming this is a WMS machine 41-112 is a Minnesota SJUR and yes, if you clear, swap the SJUR, clear again and set it up, the Minnesota SJUR allows bonusing.

Yes, it's a single screen BB1 with green MPU NXT1.  Thanks for the info!  I'll give it a go.

Sure enough, after swapping the jurisdiction chip I was able to turn on Legacy Bonusing and add credits via the Bettor TITO.
