Bally 6000 Voucher stopped printing and accepting

Have Bally 6000 Cash Wheel Party Spin that I recently got from my dad...$1, 5 line pay, 5 coin....it used to both print and read vouchers.......after catastrophic failure, new mpu, successful safe ram clear and 11d settings it will only print a voided voucher during test mode and the first time after cash out.......it will not accept any old on hand vouchers or any new ones thatthat printed on first cash out........something is amiss.....either my settings are incorrect ( I've read and done a lot of different ones posted on NLG) OR the clears are incorrect......Help!!

No Help ??......I'm not surprised....the Bally info seems to be all over the board and inconsistent.(maybe Bally want it that way).... nothing like the IGT help I have received over past couple years

Hi
You said you are using a different CPU. Check and see if the mains are pre 2003 on that board. I had the same problem with a bonus frenzy, after a clear it would print one ticket, then next cash out went to hand pay, I thought I had something set wrong, then read somewhere on NLG using mains newer than 2003 will not let you print a ticket. Try switching the mains from your other board.

Thank u for reply....new board did not have mains or game chips.....used ones out of old board.......I already found out hard way about leave in mains.........I have ordered new mains that are printer friendly just in case something corrupted on olds......cheap so y not.......I'm also going to start swapping out other chips off old board , see if anything changes

oh boy..... Swapped out u30 chip and machine went into 88ff........I'll swap back do a ram clear and 11d settings.......and maybe swap again..... In meantime off to work I go......and gona research what U30 chip is

Check all the DIP switch settings from old MPU.
