IGT Game King 19" LCD Vertical Lines

I have an IGT 19" Game King that I am getting vertical lines on after the machine has been on for awhile (See attached picture).  I have worked on CRTs in arcade machines before and have replaced capacitors in them and they were as good as new.  Are there capacitors in these LCD monitors that can go bad to cause the vertical lines? 


The monitor works fine after it has been shutdown overnight and turned back on, so it seems like it could be a failed component that needs to be replaced.  I think capacitors can fail or be out of spec with temperature, right?


Specs:
IGT I-Game 19" Game King (044) running v6.4
Monitor looks to be a Tovis LTG-1932UR


Can anyone point me in the right direction?  I can't seem to find a service manual online for this monitor.

Looks like the panel is failing under heat, look to see if it has a t-con board, it will be a board between the A/D board and the panel. it will have the harness on one side and a push in ribbon cable on the other side. If it does not have a T-Con board, you may need to replace the panel. You could try a new A/D board first to see if the problem is in that board.
