Unlocking Non-Credit mode

Can anyone tell me how to unlock the Credit options on #3, #1?  I have tried clearing and keying to no avail, zeroing all limits, no difference.
The object being to pay wins 'on the fly' directly to the hopper.  I know it can be done, as I found a youtube video showing it:

I have the same version and base chips pointed-out in the video at 2:17 minus the SB100037, but I have seven other games and none offer non-credit
as shown.


Any suggestions welcome.

The options for credit are not available with the SB chip using machine options > Credit options, It remains locked in 'credit mode'
and no lighted buttons to choose the other options.


I recall having these choices before purchasing a Key 97.  Perhaps it is defective and is actually locking menu choices I once had.

I don't have multi-denom activated but I have a 6-6-3 display that drives the EZ touch and it's probably locking the options in #3 at boot.


Given these options I'll move forward and look for a couple of touch pads instead.
