3rd reel index disc modification

Picked the Lemons off this 29 ways to jackpot machine.
As the third reel had 5 lemons on It.
Hardly ever paid out, so my first thought was to do a little creative wiring, but very complicated.
Second was to cut a new reel disc from an old disc, but only had 22 stop disc in salvage.
As I didn’t want to modify the original.
Ended up cutting a complete new disc, which took a little longer because of the hardness of the steel.
Added 2 bells, 2 plums and 1 orange.
Happy to say machine is working like normal.
New reel tape sometime next week.

Would like to acquire a couple of 20 stop reel index disc.

What did you cut the new disk with, something like a band saw?

The plan was to use the bandsaw, but the skilsaw blade was to hard.
Ended up using the table scroll saw, it’s a heavy duty Delta from the late 40’s.
Used a Bosch 118gfs blade for cutting stainless steel.
The new disc works good, but would like to have started out with 20 stop Bally disc to save time.
Most likely could have saved 60% cutting time.
So I’m looking for a couple of index stop disc. As to cut a new replacement disc and use the one I just cut for further modifications.

Finished and installed new reel tapes.
No more lemons, added 2 bells, 2 plums and 1 orange on to the 3rd reel.
Improved the odds a little. Now thinking about picking a couple of oranges off the 1st reel.
And replace them with 2 bells.
