Sound upgrade old to new?

Got an old Game king into the shop. It is the kind with the I/O board tray mounted above the monitor.
The MPU board was shot so I put in a enhanced board with 72 games.
All games played and the WBA10 bill validator took new $20's.
Coin in was jumpered out and there was no hopper.

The game has a single speaker mounted on the door.
When in setup mode you can hear the beep when you select something but in game play
there are no sounds.
The game was not wired for a enhanced sound amplifier but I was wondering if there was a workaround to get enhanced sounds out of the one door speaker?

You can put a MML2 sound board and simm on the MPU board.  You won't have stereo sound obviously, but it will play sounds for one channel.

Easier then I thought. The TDA2003 amp chip on the board was bad.
I replaced it and now have simple sound.
