S-2000 display error

Got the customer's MPU board up and running but now he is getting a error message, something about "wrong display".I have had displays that run along the right of the door go bad and give this same message and needed to be replaced but this one is along the bottom of the reels and centered on the door.Could this be the same problem, defective board, or is there some setup that needs to be done on a S-2000 enhanced board with sound board?See attached picture of the back of his board with the plastic cover removed.

What is the game theme. Is it a vision? Is it multi denomination? It looks like a 6-6-3 display is that correct?

If the message is "7 segment display mismatch" then just key chip it to set it properly. The one in your picture is a 6-6-3.

That is the message, what key chip should be used?Are there printed steps or procedures that I could pass onto the customer?
