Coin in jam, must set parameters?

The machine has no coin in assy, just the jumper, and no hopper, it was disabled.

The MPU board has a plug in sound card on two, wide, white connectors.

It is multi game, multi denomination.

Has door switches instead of optics.

Tried reseating the small plug in I/O board on the door, no help.

Ran a KEY17 chip and went through all settings, they seemed correct.

This coin in error just popped up one day and can't seem to clear it.

Took the MPU board back to the shop and will try it in our coinless Game King on Tuesday to see if it is in the MPU board
but any heads up on what may be causing this error would be appreciated.

Some IGT games require all three optic lines tied to ground when not using the optic board.
I see jumper is fitted - Use IO tests to determine if its seeing all lines at correct levels

I remember seeing A=1, B=0, C=0 with the jumper installed which I assumed was correct because at one point in my fumbling I plugged in a known good coin assembly and saw the same A, B and C, pressing the psuedo button toggled A on and off.
