Double Top Dollar won't accept bills, acting strange

machine was working fine, did a clear/key to change denom,disable printer,change payout,etc. Went through the typical s2000 setup like clockwork. upon bootup it will not accept bills, bill light does not come on. I noticed the cash out button was lit, when you press it, it makes the same noise as if you are hitting the call attendant button. The call attendant button is working properly. Tried a known working cpu, & io cards & got the same results :banghead: what am I missing??

Ty, already did a autoconfig, bv is loaded. also tried a known working bill val & cash can.

Did you inspect all the wiring/harness around the BV - and the other ends!

Since it was working fine before you did the Clear then more than likely the problem is related to you doing the Clear, which resets most or all of the internal setting to default. So I'd double-check the settings in your Test/Setup menus, like credit limit, denomination, etc. It's not expected that you'd have a hardware problem just from doing a Clear.

Turns out, this particular software cannot be set to coinless mode. I left coinless mode disabled, put hopper limit to 0, all other limits to max setting, & all is right in the world..
