WANTED ASAP: Bally Gamemaker complete monitor

Wanted:
I am working on a Bally Gamemaker that needs a new monitor, maybe the complete plug in cage if available, if not, then maybe a new monitor board will do it as it looks to have no high voltage, but this machines is a customer's machine, and travel time to do these repairs is a problem. So a complete unit would be the easiest way out for me. The attached photo are of this Bally Gamemaker needing a monitor. Anyway, can anyone help me out with some information and prices? I think I have a complete unit. I will have to look in my storage, but I upgraded to an LCD and kept the monitor. It isn't new, but worked when I took it out.

Thanks, I did find a good monitor and have had to buy the LCD screen from John at Rudys Deals for another IGT Vision machine so I am in good shape now. I wish I knew how to close this tread as I did find the part, but I don't. Thanks for all the help guys!
