POG board wont boot

is anyone on here familiar with the architecture of these boards ? I have one I got that wont boot....... heres what ive done so far
1 vid ram was blazing HOT I changed that, that is no longer hot so i am sure that was bad.
its still watchdogging, Ive put in new software and security chips, still watchdogs, new ram new nvram ...... now obviously something is preventing it from going further....


ram and roms all have activity on all pins.. but its watchdogging and vid output from vid chip is dead and nothing on the screen .......


anyone have any idea where to poke next ??

Its most  likely the "life battery" is going dead. hence the term dead. if it is dead then you would need to change it out with a new one. check it with a voltage meter to determine so and if so a little soldering is needed. hope that helps.
