hopper jams

i was wandering if there is a way to power a hooper and make it payout while its out of the machine on the bench,


so it will be easier to see what is causing my coin jams


basically i would like to make a harness that will connect the proper power and a momentary button that makes the hpper cycle so i can watch closely

Simple. Take a power supply and connect the leads directly to the hopper motor terminals. Be sure of correct polarity so it doesn't run in reverse. I've done this to bench test the hopper cycling. It helps to see what's going on.

is it 12v
if so could i just use a pc power supply

The S2000 hopper is 24 VDC.
