Bally S5500 payout percentage question

I changed chips (went from 88 to 92 percent) in my Bally Black & White Double Jackpot slot hoping to achieve a higher payout percentage.  Since changing the chips I've noticed no change in payouts.  It's still as stingy as ever.  Is it necessary to do a ram clear in order for the higher percentage chip to "kick" in?

Generally, on Bally software, the higher levels of % give more frequency on small hits. The odds to win top awards are often the same.
The change may not be noticeable on 100 or 1.000 rounds.
The percentage is calculated on a very high number of hits and the program can begin with a bad run.
Anyway, when you change U18 & U20, a complete SafeRamClear is absolutely required, so you probably already do it.

je fais des recherches depuis quelques jours sans succès, il s'agit de l algorithme des machines à sous en général,  l'algorithme est basé sur combien de cycle ou de tours ? 1000, 10.000, 100.000 jeux pour avoir toujours un pourcentage nominal .
