Any Help please.... I have a mystery s-plus

Old story:   My son drug up this old S-plus Machine...  I have 3 other S-plus machines...
Anyway, it is an "Earthquake".  The poor thing had parts that did not fit, had dents from falling. The game chips were not from the game. The reels were not correct, nothing fit. Code 12, etc.

Now for the Good Part... I have all systems working BV, Hopper, etc. Now good to go.

MY QUESTION:
Why can't I find this machine listed by game name "EarthQuake"?  The only thing I have found is an ad for it from an auction in 2017.  I would like to have some history.

It may be a game "clone" that is the same SS chip as another well-known game, so the clone isn't listed in the NLG S+ game bible. Or someone may have taken a machine and custom made the glass and strips, creating a unique game. There are places that will do that for a price (Sunkist Graphics is one of those places).

Does the upper or lower glass have the name "IGT" on it anywhere?

What are the SS and SP chips on the mpu board now? And if the game chips were wrong before how did you find the correct game chips to install?

There is glass for sale on ebay for what appears to be the same machine, 2 coin & 3 coin, so maybe it was a production model:

Yes the glass says copyright IGT
I got the chips from an online dealer SP1311 and SS3465 I just asked for (earthquake 2 coin) he Had a ton of chips on line.
and reel strips from another dealer used... found on line. I guess I just got lucky or not.
They seem to work ok ...pay outs mach top glass.
 But I don't  see the two coin game listed ,Or my glass on line.
that is what I do not understand. Is this a rare game or the one they wanted to forget.

I don't know anything about the rarity of the game. The only entry for the SS3465 chip I saw is this:

--SS3465 3R 2CM TYPE 0 123A530 95.100--

meaning 3 reel slot, 2coin multiplier game, Type 0 game, 95.1% player payback percentage.

Our NLG S+ game bible has a lot of the games listed,  but not all of them. IGT made a ton of different S+ games over the years. Maybe other folks here know something about the Earthquake game. What are your plans for it?

I have a document that has some limited info of some of the more offbeat IGT themes, and this one isn't even listed in it -- both the paytable ID of 123A and the SS chip number are just skipped over in that document.  Not sure what to say.  The graphics look nice, but I'm surprised it's a Type 0 game -- that makes it pretty unexciting, with just a few different "BAR" symbols and a wild symbol, but no special features.  With a name like "Earthquake" I'd expect it to have some special feature, like Haywire or something.

this is an IGT game, not a clone, will check my book this evening and see if there is anything special about this game, usually it is spelled out on the glass somewhere if it does anything unusual.

Yes I will keep this one .
It is a redheaded step child. Not the most exciting game I have but
Some how iT speaks to me .It was a big challenge getting it back from the dead. It was a box of parts that were wrong or non working.
I am a war Vet. and  Retired Professional FireFighter ..  at 70 This stuff " hobby" keeps me off the streets.

I just bought one myself. Where did you get your chips and reel strips?  My game is a parts machine. I bought it like you -  thought it was too cool to pass on, and now come the restore.
