Hello. I have problem with my door on my s2000. It is very hard to lock. I have to lift the door up before i can closed

There is not a lot you can do about it.
S2000 cabinets are rather flimsy and the doors are pretty heavy. The problem is the cabinet does not remain square when opened (more like a parallelogram) so when you lift and close the door you square everything back up.
Just gently lift the door from the lower edge when closing and it should go a lot easier.

OK. Is it normal that there is a gap between the door and the cabinet down at the bottom at one of the sides ?

Is that after it's closed and latched you have the gap?
When the door is open you can probably flex the cabinet left and right (don't flex too far because glass doesn't bend. That will give you an idea how abused the cabinet is. Sometimes the door itself is bent. Also if your printer is in the top box make sure it is seated correctly.

If you have a coin tray on machine remove it and see if it closes more easily. If so the tray is not pushed down far enough maybe because of the speaker wire connector.

Post some pictures of the gaps and inside door and machine

Make sure the groove where the coin sits is clean.. Take a screw driver or something thin and clean out that groove.. The other thing is if you have a printer in the top box, the metal bracket for the printer can interfere with the door closing..

This is the contact to the wall to get the power to the machine. It is in the coin tray.

you should run the cord out the bottom of the machine , there is a hole in bottom back left corner

That's why the door won't shut. There is a hole in bottom of cabinet you run the power cord thru.

I know. This one are in the power cord hole. The contact are long. Nothing are blocked in the door. No contact or anything.

Did you try closing the door without the cord in it? That cord does NOT belong there.

Can you please sent me ~~pitcher~~ picture of it that thing you talking about? I'm very new of this s2000 machine. I have only Had S+ machine.

The power cord exits through the bottom of a S2000 just like it does on a S+ machine.

This power cord are in the cord hole back of the machine. The cord goes around the machine to the coin tray because this cord are very long. No cord blocks the door.

Did you try tightening the door hinge screws to align the door?
