Bally E - Series Diagnostic help - Video

Need some help diagnosing an E- Series. checked the voltages at the power supply and they where low, so I replaced the card with a good one. Now I have buzzing coming from all the selenoids and a funky error on the display. reading F0  00  . Test button does nothing. Here is a video of the startup, looking for some direction. Thanks

Check the condition of the plugs crimp connections on the power supply plug and on the MPU plug. What model is this game? If it has the earlier style MPU with the piggy back Ram board, then those header pin connectors on the ram board could be bad. Last I would check the condition of the ribbon cable that connects the IO Board to the MPU. Just remember those pins on that ribbon cable are small and brittle. If they bend they break.
