Dynamic Buttons change out

I have a IGT AVP 20. On one machine there are several buttons that have gone dark so I pulled the dark out and replaced with new ones. As soon as I booted the machine up the ones I replaced were unresponsive, flashing with codes.  Pic shows that some work, those were not replaced just the ones I pulled are unresponsive. I have rebooted numerous times. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Edit:  The file was too large to upload, tried compressing it but still only managed to get it to 1,113Kb, any suggestions on how to get the picture uploaded?
