Newbie to WMS BB2 machines question about a Fooler Card

What are these cards used for?

Some games that have those special toppers will require the use of a fooler card in order for the game to think the hardware to control the lights is present, otherwise you will get a topbox lost com error.

That's good to know since I actually have one. So does that mean I can play games like Monopoly Grand Hotel & Bonus City in my BB2 machine that I currently have Wizard Of Oz Ruby Slippers in? Do I put the Fooler card in the slot where the OS card goes?

Fooler Card Goes in the TSE Board not the CPU....

Just to be clear, it's just a top box card for Monopoly Cash Flow.

Fooled card goes into the fooler/TSE unit.  It’s a mystical box of sorts best I can tell.  I am just going through the motions till I get it to work myself and understand what it is doing. Best I can tell the MPU looks for a top box controller that is usually present in the OEM and very difficult to find original lease games surrounds.  I had a couple in my time and still have an epic surround.  However I ran out of time and patience and initially planned on swapping games, I stooped pursuing the project and sold a very very rare surround and the controller boards. Then had a year or two of not having time.  Now I am back to it and completing my machines.  TSE Foller to run my game since I no longer have the control boards and surround. Adding emotive lighting kits etc.
